What you need to know
  • How do I book a Spa package?
    All treatments may be booked in advance through our spa reservations team. Please call us on 01248 753270 or email us on spareception@treysgawen-hall.co.uk. Demand for treatments at The Spa is high, especially at weekends. Advance booking is therefore highly recommended and often essential.
  • What time should I arrive?
    Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time in order to complete a consultation card. Late arrival may result in treatments being shortened or cancelled & will be charged in full.
  • What do I wear?
    We provide paper disposable underwear to be worn during treatments where necessary. We especially advise this in our spa body treatments. Alternatively, you may wear your own swimwear. Please bring swimwear with you to enjoy the heat experiences.
  • Mobile Phones
    For the comfort & peace of all our guests we request that mobile phones are switched to silent at all times whilst within the spa & treatment rooms.
  • Children
    The minimum age for entry to The Spa, The Health Club and the hydrothermal facilities is 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 may use the hotel pool if they are accompanied by a parent/adult.
  • Valuables
    We advise you not to bring valuables with you to the spa. You will need to remove items of jewellery for all treatment & heat experiences. We are unable to accept responsibility for looking after your personal effects & for any loss or damage incurred.
  • What if i have a medical condition?

    All treatments booked are subject to medical status. We reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of the guest. The set of guidelines below is not an exhaustive list & only serves to highlight some of the main medical indicators where the use of the facilities, services or treatments may not be advised:

    • - Pregnancy
    • - Mobility problems
    • - Verruca / Warts
    • - Heart problems - (Inc High or Low Blood Pressure)
    • - Epilepsy
    • - Diabetes
    • - Metal pins / plates
    • - Cancer
    • - Surgery in the last 6 months to visit - with Dr Note
    • - Nut or wheat allergies
    • - Seafood / Shellfish allergies
  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge

    Cancellation within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge.
    Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
